Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Salmon filet
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- ¼ tablespoon Seasoned salt
- ¼ tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Cajun Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
Remove the skin from the salmon (if it has skin on it). Cut the salmon into about 1 inch wide strips. Now cut the strips into about 1 inch cubes.
